• Machine bed is welded with thicker square tube 8mm heavy duty body and is processed by high temperature tempering treatment. Integrally cast lathe bed, solid and stable, high rigidity and high accuracy.
• X,Y axis adopted oblique rack gear transmission, making sure the machine working with high precision.
• Z axis adopts Taiwan TBI ball-screw 2510 transmission. ensures more stable movement and high accuracy.
• Taiwan Hiwin linear square guide rail, high accuracy , best dust protection and longer life time.
• Adopting high cost-effective stepper motor and Leadshine M860 drivers, high-torque servo system is also optional.
• Domestic famous brands 3kw watercooling brushless spindle,low noise, vigorous cutting strength and long time mass processing.
• Compatible software: TYPE3 /ARTCAM/CASTMATE/UG and many other kinds of CAD/CAM software, can change the working file into G code
